Giovanny Verano is a multidisciplinary design leader with over 12 years of experience driving visual strategy and translating complexity into clarity across finance, commercial real estate, and consumer brands.

As the Founding Director of Design at Henry AI, he helped build the company’s design systems, visual frameworks, and internal workflows from the ground up, transforming complex CRE structures into scalable, client-facing tools. His work directly supported product launches, fundraising efforts, and internal operations, while driving significant client expansion and leading customization efforts to meet diverse needs. He crafted adaptable design frameworks that balanced scalability with personalized client experiences, fostering trust and long-term engagement across the platform.

Prior to Henry, Giovanny led strategic design at Eastdil Secured, delivering over 300 investor decks, offering memorandums, pitch books, and branded portfolios that helped close multi-billion-dollar real estate transactions. He also brought precision and brand consistency to BlackRock’s client deliverables, and oversaw packaging and marketing campaigns for global food brands at Seabra Group.

Giovanny is fluent in industry-standard tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office, with additional experience in Figma, After Effects, Lightroom, Adobe Bridge, Acrobat, and Ceros. His technical versatility enables him to move seamlessly from concept to execution, whether building scalable design systems, crafting investor materials, or leading cross-functional creative workflows.
